Welcome to Connect Cars. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website https://connectcarstaxis.com and all services provided by Connect Cars, including Airport Transfers, Executive Taxis, City-to-City Transfers, and Cruise Port Transfers.
By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Operating in the United Kingdom
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup time, address, flight details, and passenger count.
A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
Connect Cars reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to unavailability or other operational reasons.
Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Quoted fares are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the route, waiting time, or additional stops may affect the final fare.
Payments can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or online payment (where available).
Connect Cars reserves the right to request advance payment for certain bookings.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.
In the event of a no-show, the full fare will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands.
For other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
After the free waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply.
Connect Cars is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The driver has the right to refuse transport to any passenger under the influence or behaving in a disorderly manner.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage.
Connect Cars is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with large items, sports equipment, or excess luggage.
We monitor flight arrivals to ensure on-time pickups.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please inform us immediately.
Failure to provide updated flight information may result in a no-show charge.
Connect Cars will make every effort to provide timely and safe transportation but cannot be held liable for losses due to delays, missed flights, or unforeseen incidents.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking made with us.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Your personal data is handled securely in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except when required to process bookings or comply with legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
